Taramasso Ranch raises a variety of free-range heritage chicken breeds that are encouraged to roam and graze on the ranch’s pastures, giving the eggs a rich,  flavorful taste. The chickens are fed a healthy diet without any added hormones or antibiotics. Taramasso Ranch is committed to sustainable farming practices and takes great care in the treatment of our girls (and all animals on the ranch!). We believe that happy and healthy chickens produce the best eggs, and we work hard to provide a quality product for our customers, the community and our chef partners.

Taramasso Ranch began as an accidental favor to our friend that was opening a restaurant in Napa and has become a top chef’s choice.
